Mike Jurecki is the Chief Executive Officer of RouteOne, a joint venture between Ally Financial, Ford Motor Credit Company, TD Auto Finance, and Toyota Financial Services. The company, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, standardizes, simplifies and streamlines the processes involved in procuring automotive financing.

Jurecki’s tenure as RouteOne’s Chief Executive Officer began in March 2002. Prior to this assignment, he served as the Director of Operations for Ford Credit’s Capital Efficiency unit. Additionally, he has worked for Ford Credit in the United Kingdom as the general manager of their Customer Service Center and as the manager of World Wide Trade Financing. Jurecki spent the majority of his 20 plus years with Ford Credit in a number of field positions across the country, ranging from assistant customer service representative to branch manager of their largest U.S. branch operation. In April 2004, Jurecki made the decision to leave Ford Motor Credit and join RouteOne as a full-time employee.

Jurecki received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University in 1983. He later earned master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Detroit in 1994 and Canisus College in Buffalo, New York in 1995.
