Group Vice President, Sales, Product and Marketing, Toyota Financial Services
Michael Groff is Group Vice President, Sales, Product and Marketing for Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
In this role, Groff is responsible for 30 Dealer Sales & Service offices, three regional offices, Marketing, and National Accounts. He also leads the TFS Product, Lease and Remarketing groups.
Prior to leading the sales side of the business, Groff served as Group Vice President of Operations and Corporate Planning, responsible for the development of TFS’ overall strategic plan, corporate communications, customer service and the commercial finance unit. He additionally had regional management responsibility of TFS financing operations in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela.
Groff joined Toyota in 1983 and has held field positions including TFS Branch Manager and Regional Manager, as well as headquarters positions that include TMIS National Group Product Manager and Corporate Marketing and Leasing Manager.
In addition to his TFS responsibilities, Groff is a member of the Board of Directors for RouteOne, which is jointly owned by FMCC, GMAC, DCS and TFS.
Groff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Chapman University in Orange, CA.
