Bank of America now supports the Payoff Quote feature within RouteOne, which will allow you to access your customers’ balance for any current accounts with the bank. 

You may access Payoff Quote from several locations within RouteOne, including a standalone Payoff Quote tab, where you may generate a credit application from the data entered, and within the credit application itself, after the application has been created.
