Reporting Suite

Our Reporting Suite provides you a concise yet comprehensive view of your dealership’s finance department and finance source performance. These near real-time reports give you fingertip access to key performance metrics to pinpoint new opportunities for growth and profit!

F&I Log and Performance (Integration Recommended)

The automated F&I Log and Performance Report provides insight into a dealership’s profit (average profit per contract and profit per vehicle retailed) and penetration for each F&I Department, F&I product, F&I Manager, and/or salesperson. Dealers may compare segment performance between new/used/car/truck or retail/lease/balloon/payment call.

Additionally, dealers may view individual dealership or aggregate group data with free group reporting* – including both summary and transactional detail for all dealership sales. Twenty-five months of data permits extensive time-over-time comparisons. With optional DMS integration, dealers enjoy nightly automated data processing, populating this report direct from accounting on all finalized deals. A free manual utility is provided for those dealers not utilizing DMS integration.

Time Sales Analysis (TSA) Report

The TSA Report displays a dealership’s total finance penetration and finance source mix (share) for financed contracts. When used in conjunction with the Decision Analysis report (which shows which finance sources are approving what) dealers can fully maximize their finance source relationships by understanding which finance sources are actually buying their approved deals. The TSA report can be tailored to a more detailed analysis of specific sales segments such as vehicle model, New/Used, or Retail/Lease. When powered by optional DMS integration or RouteOne’s free manual utility, all finalized transactions populate this report (including cash deals and other non-RouteOne transactions.)

Similar to the Dealer Decision Analysis Report, when dealers elect to share data, anonymous and aggregate information regarding contracts purchased becomes available to authorized finance source users. In the absence of dealer sharing, only aggregate and anonymous summary data is available.

Decision Analysis Report

The Dealer Decision Analysis Report allows dealers to monitor their lenders’ decision mix and decision time for all submitted application decisions, (approved, conditioned, declined). A current month-to-date report is produced by default; however, dealers may run any date ranges/searches going back 25 months.

The Decision Analysis report includes transactional detail that compares term, advance, and rate spread by finance source. Reports can also be tailored to include a focused analysis of specific sales segments such as New/Used or Retail/Lease.

The decision timer on this report runs 24 hours per day, seven days a week. This calculation is consistent for all lenders, regardless of their dealer support schedule. This provides a competitive advantage to lenders with expanded night and weekend decisioning hours or a more robust electronic approval process. Additionally, the 24/7 calculation allows lenders to pinpoint opportunities for better support to dealers across a 24/7/365 clock/calendar, as opposed to restricting this opportunity analysis to, for example, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM. As well, RouteOne’s metric accommodates the ‘round the clock efforts of business-to-business commerce, ensuring that we are well positioned to provide metrics at any time.

Dealer Reserve Report

The Dealer Reserve Report allows dealers to view their finance earnings month to date with each participating finance source to which they are associated. These reports are populated by the supporting Finance Source and generally contain full dealer proceed transactional detail, including chargebacks and other adjustments. Dealers may select the current month, or any of six prior individual months.

Credit Bureau Volume Report

The Credit Bureau Volume displays, for those users with report permissions, the credit bureau volume and credit scores for all credit reports run within RouteOne. Two levels of reports, Summary and Detail, are offered in HTML, .pdf, and Excel format. The Summary report displays the counts of credit bureaus run by dealership, broken down by the individual credit reporting agency. The Detail report displays the dealer user name and ID, along with the customer name and date/time of the credit bureau request. Report data is retrievable for 25 months from the date of the original bureau request.

Dealer Group Reporting

Dealer groups can automatically view the Decision Analysis, Time Sales Analysis, F&I Log and CB Volume reports aggregated for all of their dealerships in the same format as provided for a single dealership. In addition, dealer groups have the ability to define subgroups within their total dealership population for pre-defined “custom” reports (e.g. ‘Western Region’ or ‘Domestic Dealerships’). Contact your RouteOne representative to learn more.

In addition to the aggregate group reports listed above, groups have access to the following specialty reports:

Dealer Group Sales Report (Application Volume Report)

Dealer Group Sales (Application Volume) Report shows application volume, by finance source, by dealer for group and subgroup. Published monthly in .csv output only, it displays YTD and monthly totals for the current calendar year. This report is available upon request. Contact your RouteOne representative to learn more.

Contract Funding Report

This report is available in .csv (Excel) output only and lists transactional funding time by finance source and dealership. It assists in monitoring finance source funding speed across multiple dealerships, and requires finance source support of RouteOne contract statuses for maximum utility.
